香港半島酒店的米芝蓮星級粵菜酒家嘉麟樓,將於6月16日與美國加州葡萄酒家族Jackson Family Wines攜手呈獻僅此一晚的「Jackson’s Five葡萄酒品鑑晚宴」。Jackson Family Wines亞洲品牌大使Pierre Marie Pattieu將帶領賓客品嚐加州葡萄酒生產商以及其附屬酒莊Stonestreet Estate的佳釀,當中的Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley 2017更是在香港首度亮相。

嘉麟樓的行政總廚林鈺明先生亦為晚宴賓客精心設計了六道粵菜菜餚,搭配不同的佳釀。例如黑蒜鮮花椒和牛卷搭配Stonestreet Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley 2017、紅菜頭汁花膠金杯玉環配Mount Brave Merlot Mount Veeder 2016等。晚宴每位2,588 港元,另收加一服務費。有興趣的話,可聯絡嘉麟樓查詢詳細資料及訂位。
